(MANPOWER)(SPECTRUM VIEW BLDG 1) To remove the of existing Viking Model M SSU's Q.R., ½" x 3/8", 2.7 K-factor sprinklers and install new Reliable Model "F1FR", Q.R., SSP, 5.6 K-factor (½"), pendant sprinklers for the protection for a 1,492-ft/2 new office tenant, located in southeast corner of existing vacant, sprinklered shell building. Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior walls and a new suspended ceiling. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-01398.
