This fire alarm permit is to provide sprinkler system monitoring for the shell of a new office/warehouse building. Duct detectors have not been indicated and are not part of this permit scope.
Associated building permit: BLD07-02321 Capital Steel Constructors (Shell Only) - To construct a new 6,000 square foot, one story, pre-engineered office and warehouse building and related site improvements. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. This building was designed for two future 3,000 square foot tenant spaces. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. The south half of this building is being finished for Capital Steel Constructors under tenant improvement permit BLD07-02324. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
