Added 17 heads for as built changes. The heads were added for new wall configuration changes and hip sprinklers were added in the canopy to accommodate combustible construction.

Revised FIR Scope:
The UG scope of work begins from an existing 8” C-900 line stubbed onto the property by others off of the 12’ loop as required. A second set of calculations for the record storage area has been provided. These revisions have been noted on the plan as Revision A and dated 09/23/08.
FIR Scope:
The UG scope of work begins from an existing 8” C-900 line stubbed onto the property by others. From there, run 110’ of 6” C900 out and rise up into a 1 hour rated riser room with in a new 40,737-ft/2 one story structure. The supply will be controlled remotely from a PIV. The FDC will also be remote of the Bldg. to serve only the new addition.
The OH fire sprinkler scope of work includes installing a complete wet pipe sprinkler system through out the accordance with NFPA 13. Work in the existing area included relocating, adding and deleting heads to accommodate a new ceiling layout where indicated on sheet FP-3 of 4. All work in the existing area is limited to the clouded areas. The fire sprinkler work shall comply with NFPA 13-2007, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2006,
The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2006, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to permit BLD08-01127.
