Mac's Radiator/AC/Exhaust Repair - To construct an interior remodel to an existing 8,308 square foot building for this tenant. Work to include: construct an interior non-bearing 2X6 wood stud wall to divide the warehouse area from the radiator shop per plans; sawcut the existing floor slab and pour a concrete trench drain per plans; install through roof vents in select locations per plans; install vertical grab bars in both accessible restrooms; relocate existing lavatories locations to meet accessibility; install a permanent accessible point of sale counter; install tactile exit signs adjacent to exit doors; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and plumbing, electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space.
