Met with Cole|Associates representative to review past history of space and see if project could be handled by transfer of existing C.O. for same type of use in same area. The original included more area on the second floor (1,597s.f.) & (8,013s.f.)and on the first floor grouped together. It was determined that a MIS permit under Resolution 13533 would be appropriate for this case. A form was completed for the MIS Application Permit.
