Met with future proposed tenant. Krai C. McKee, manager; and Mr. Wilson, tenant owner. Copy of record floor plan from file. Reviewed information with plan Ron Hill has for previous tenant application that determined they couldn,t occupy the space because the "A3" occupancy limits of 10% of area as limited by code would be exceeded. The plans appear to match for layout. Had proposed tenant fill out application. Will handle as miscellaneous permit under Resolution 13533.
