Scot Ludwig came into office seeking requirements for a C. O. for the former All Kitchens of America office/storage display tenant space at 209 E. Main. He has purchased the building and want to put his law office/ public relations business in the building. Occupancy use will be the same, the basement, 1st floor and second floor all have two existing exits from each level. All Kitchens of America has a C.O. on file, 12/29/89 and one for a stand alone 1,000 sq. ft. garage with storage above in 1997, C.O. 6886. Scot provided me copies of the C.O's and floor plans from the records vault and completed an Application Occupancy Request Form for an MIS permit for OAR.
