*GREENLEAF FLORAL WAREHOUSE - WHOLESALE FLORAL* To correct and create a record of work done previous to obtaining a permit and for purpose of issuing a Certificate of Occupancy for this expanded tenant space per this permit and work done to correct code violations of the mezzanine area under BLD00-00732, issued 8/02/00 (copy attached to plans). To complete or verify completion 39 feet of 1-hour tenant separation wall, constructed in line with the existing west side tenant separation wall and extended to the north tenant wall of this space to separate a 3,330 sq. ft. portion of warehouse previously a part of West Coast Paper, 1050 W. River St. To remove a 46 foot portion of original rear tenant wall to make the 3,300 sq. ft. area a part of the Greenleaf Floral Warehouse and utilizing an existing exit door system located in the northeast corner of the new space as a second exit for the expanded occupant load & use. Add additional exit sign & verify illumination of exit way to second exit per sec. 1003.2.8 & .9, UBC. The interior of the warehouse & mezzanine were / are being remodeled under above noted permit of 8/2/00. New total area is 13,295 sq, ft.
