This project is for the installation/construction of a new accessible ramp to the front entry area of an existing single family dwelling. Work also to include the modification of the thresholds, accessible bathroom conversion and the addition of a landing at the bottom existing basement stair. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. R-1A ok per pmc. All per the approved plans as marked and attached plan review notes. pep
