The tenant shell work was done under permit BLD06-02887. Work is to include an interior nonbearing wall, a fitting room accessible to the disabled, a new door to a non-rated egress corridor, a new door to the exterior, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
