To provide cooking hood monitoring and HVAC shutdown for the TI space. The required sprinkler monitoring fire alarm system includes HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper control, door release, required automatic detection, elevator recall/shutdown and notification throughout.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-01049) is to replace accordion and panel partitions with new non-load bearing partitions, upgrade fire alarm system and add a fire rated entry to serve the exit from the multipurpose room per approved plans and attachments.
