(SLRMC VALVE REPLACEMENT) To remove a defective butterfly and replace with a new Victaulic butterfly control valve located in the main hospital south basement mechanical room. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any building permit.
