There associated building permit BLD05-01398 is to construct a 1,492 sq. ft. space for a new office tenant in southeast corner of existing vacant shell building space per approved plans. Work to include new interior walls, new interior doors and sidelights, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, fire sprinkler work, new mechanical, new plumbing, and new electrical work.
