The building permit is to remodel an existing 7187 sq ft office tenant by construction a 20 lf nonbearing partition to reduce the size to 2,286 sq ft tenant. A new certificate of occupancy is required to reflect the new area of tenant space. The remaining 4901 sq ft space will be finished under Bld05-02307 for future tenant. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL require a separate permit and shall be installed per NFPA #13. This permit is attached to building permit BLD05-02307.
