The building permit BLD05-00496 is to remodel a 9680 sq ft portion of an existing 25,339 sq ft building to be used as an assembly occupancy. Work to include, construction of interior partitions for various game areas and party rooms, installation of new restroom facilities, installation of new suspended ceiling system and new lighting system, related interior finishes.
