This is a quick permit to add one sprinkler head to accomodate new walls. The building scope of work is to remodel an existing 2,559 sq ft tenant space to be used as a print shop. Work to include, construction of interior partitions, removal of a portion of the existing counter, ceiling & lighting system is existing, lighting will be relocated. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit.
