The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating heads to accommodate a new room and ceiling layout to an existing dry pipe gridded system. The existing system was designed for High Pile Storage Class III 130 Sq.Ft. The new occupancy will be light hazard.

(MONKEY BIZNESS) This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase and for fire area. To remodel an existing 11,651 square foot tenant space to be used as an indoor playground and party facility for children. This tenant space will be converted from an M Occupancy to combination A-3, B, and S-1 Occupancies. Air inflatable toys and other play structures will be provided within the play areas. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
