The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of five changes found during an inspection. Four of the changes affect one head each and are minor in nature. The fifth change involves the kitchen area. The sprinklers were apparently over spaced and have been redesigned. New hydraulics have been provided. The drawing has been reviewed for the balloon areas only.

(ST. MICHAEL'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH - BISHOP TUTTLE HOUSE AND SITE WORK - PHASE I) The Bishop Tuttle House and the Funsten House will be fire sprinklered for story increase and for code trade-offs. To remodel the 3,424 square foot basement and 3,616 square foot 1st story of the Bishop Tuttle House of St. Michael's Episcopal Church. A 950 square foot 1st story mezzanine addition will also be constructed. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, an elevator shaft, an elevator, interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, a stairway to the new mezzanine, and finishes. The Bishop Tuttle House and the Funsten house will be fully fire sprinklered in conjunction with this permit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. The combination of parcels must be completed before this permit is finaled.
