This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. Class "A" roof system and 30 ft. defensible space will be maintained. Unless otherwise approved by the Boise City Fire Department, this structure shall be fitted with a 13D modified sprinkler system including sprinkler barrier protection between garage and dwelling according to their listing requirements. Sprinklers are to be designed per NFPA 13D, with a modification to exempt (omit) sprinklers in closets and in bathrooms but requires a single row of dry sidewall srprinklers to be installed in the garage along the wall common to the garage and the heated space, with heads spaced sideways according to their listing requirements.
