Fire sprinklers are required (Quail Ridge sub # 7, lot #13, block 4). Sprinklers are to be designed per NFPA 13D, with a modification to exempt (omit) sprinklers in closets and in bathrooms but requires a single row of dry sidewall srprinklers to be installed in the garage along the wall common to the garage and the heated space, with heads spaced sideways according to their listing requirements.
