(8TH AND MAIN TOWER - FOUNDATION AND SUPERSTRUCTURE) - To construct the foundation and structural frame for a new 345,260 sq. ft., eighteen story building with an 18,800 sq. ft. basement and related site improvements. This permit will also include underground utilities. The building will be constructed of concrete foundation and structural core, some masonry exterior walls and steel structural frame. Work under this permit shall not proceed beyond the foundation and superstructure until final approval of plans and issuance of the next phase building permit. That permit has not yet been applied for. As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the foundation and building structure work as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
