(VANILLA INTERIOR) **Permit is for the 4th floor of the existing historic building. Work to include: installation of a 1-hr rated floor/ceiling assembly, installation of 1-hr rated column wraps, new interior lighting, and replacement of mechanical heat pumps. This building is sprinklered to allow the 5th floor. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. No occupancy permit will be issued and any relocated or future tenants must apply for building permit and receive a certificate of occupancy prior to occupying any portion of the 4th floor. **JHB**
