(BIOMARK) This building will is fire sprinklered for building area and for fire area. To remodel a 425 sq. ft. area located on the 1st floor. The prior space was a portion of the fabrication/work area and will be converted to an office. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, new doors/frames, new acoustical ceiling tile, minor mechanical, and electrical work. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. This is a scope of work permit only with a certificate of completion to be issued upon completion and approval of the project. A prior certificate of occupancy was issued under BLD11-01396. **JHB**
