Ron Johnson requested I call Mr. Sanchez to discuss fire code requirements for this property. I discussed the code requirements with Mr. Sanchez and informed him that due to access and hydrant distances and the fact that his driveway is not paved, he would have to install a fire sprinkler system. He indicated that he did not want to. I informed him that if the access distances can be reduced to within maximums allowed and the driveway meets minimal requirements that he would not have to install sprinklers. I spoke with Ron Johnson on 2-6-20 and he confrimed my comments. Ron also indicated that a report from a qualified engineering firm would be required for the driveway meeting the minimal weight requirements. I emailed Mr. Sanchez this information.
