(LOMBARD CONRAD ARCHITECTS - THIRD FLOOR REMODEL) Permit is to modify the third floor of an existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: The remodel includes limited demolition. New construction is limited to patching existing walls, relocating power and data receptacles and replacing finishes. The existing lighting will remain in place. Existing plumbing will remain in place. There is not HVAC work or modification to the fire sprinkler layout/system.
The floor will remain open office space with the same number of workstations. There is no exterior scope, interior finishes to be compliant with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. ***BJM***
