New SFH Fire flow is not adequate. 1500 gpm available with 1750 required. Emailed applicant 1st review comments and informed her to see if Seuz can provide increased flow for a limited duration.

Not all checklist items have been met:
1. Plans must be uploaded as individual sheets – Small documents do not need to be separate files. Please separate the pages that are bundled in packets. Drawing file names must include the first characters of the discipline name, followed by the sheet number and name. Example: A2.0_Floor Plan.
2. Idaho Engineer must stamp and sign the Foundation Plan Drawing, not just calculations included in the documents folder.
3.Required: ACCA approved design software analysis output report showing compliance with the design requirements of Manual J (load calculations), Manual D (duct systems), & Manual S (equipment selection). Include a duct system layout noting duct sizes, lengths, and termination points with cfm outputs. Please include Manual J Load calculation packet in Documents folder.
4.Site specific Fire Flow letter was not included. Please retrieve fire flow specifications from SUEZ or applicable water district.

1. In the drawings folder I have deleted the full set. I have also deleted the grading and esc plan as these were not separated out into individual drawings. You must upload the grading plan and ESC plan as individual drawings.
2. You need to upload a manual J or other ACCA compliant document for your HVAC system
3. The foundation plan drawing in the drawings folder must be stamped by the same engineer who provided the foundation calculations in the documents folder.
