(PETROGLYPH ENERGY) (SUITE 500) (10-8-09) A PLAN MODIFICATION IS APPROVED TO ELIMINATE THE SHOWER AND LOCKER ROOM FROM THE PROJECT, ENLARGE THE PROPOSED NEW RESTROOM, AND DOWNGRADE THE EXISTING 1-HR FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED CORRIDOR TO A NON-RATED CORRIDOR. QUICK-RESPONSE SPRINKLERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE INSTALLED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE 5TH STORY IN LIEU OF MAINTAINING THE CORRIDOR AS A 1-HR FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED CORRIDOR. THE FIRE SPRINKLER WORK IS COVERED BY PERMIT FIR09-00561. This building is required to be fully fire sprinklered. To create a 10,185 square foot office tenant space from a larger space located on the 5th story. Work is to include a toilet room accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior windows, interior doors, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. If the existing automatic sprinklers within this tenant space are not quick-response, they are required to be replaced with quick-response automatic sprinklers. The adjacent tenant space is not allowed to be occupied under this permit.
