This was a follow up for a final inspection with Bill Matter. The life safety can not be finaled yet due to problems with the project related fire sprinkler permit and of the two doors requiring corrected door hardware only one door was addressed.

A temporary occupancy was given, with mark sentennos permission, until November 30th. The owner and the architect both agreed that the business would be shut down if all items where not corrected by that date. The outstanding life safety issues are to correct the door hardware on both double doors of the east "Crop" room and perform/inspect the outstanding FIR sprinkler permit. Exit signs/emergency lighting as well as fire extinguishers have been verified for compliance.

Went over life safety requirements with Bill and discussed a fire watch, which I deferred to Mark Senteno. Owner stated he is going to open this Thursday night for a VIP party. I notified him of possible consequences. I notified Mark Senteno of this as well.
