Boise City Public Works Post Aeration Building (Foundation Only) To construct the concrete foundation and underground electrical and plumbing for a 2,000 sq. ft., one story, pre-engineered metal building per approved plans. Work under this permit shall not proceed beyond the pour of the foundation and underground utilities until final approval of plans and issuance of the full building permit. That permit has not yet been applied for. As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the early foundation work performed as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions. All per approved engineered plans on file. NOTE: This building will be fully fire sprinklered. Per the Fire Department conditions of approval (CUP11-00095) this building is required to be fully fire sprinklered throughout. *SJA* ESC12-00024applies to this permit
