This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached structural calculations. Work includes: construction of new interior non-bearing walls (not to the ceiling) to create four individual shower / toilet rooms, construction of new beam support to remove an existing portion of a bearing wall, new plumbing, new electrical, upgrade to existing toilet room, installation of new suspended ceiling, and interior finishes.
