**Project Management-Ron Hill** (ALBERTSON’S HANGAR) Permit is to construct a new 19,990 square foot Group II aircraft hangar. This building is fully fire sprinklered to comply with Ch. 4 Special Requirements for Aircraft Hangers. This building is complying with Interior Lighting for the required additional energy code package. The foundation and site work for this structure was permitted under BLD15-03897. Work to include: construction of new premanufactured metal building, installation of 2 hour UL rated exterior metal panels, new plumbing, new electrical, new mechanical, and interior finishes. A temporary occupancy is approved for 30 days with Scott's permission. For a final I need the project related fire alarm permit finaled which includes re-submittals and a map, and I need the building plan modifications for the revised fire pump room to be approved and any corrections implemented.

After dicussing lack of slope in the FIre Pump Room with Scott Arellano I spoke to the project superintendant about the floor slope issue and that there would be no final sign off on the life safety until the floor had been sloped as per previous discussions.
