This was for a partial inspection. Contractor is missing all of the small documents/review comments. I went to the job site twice before I was able to make contact. I noted that the fire dept access (20'-0") has not been met in many locations especially at the south end of the project site, there are possible turning radius issues in the same location. Non of the fire hydrants meet the minimum 3'-0" clearance rule, non of the building have the A, B, C designations, the main gate does not meet the 20' min. clearance and the opticon has not been installed/tested, there is a gate just in side the entrance on the right that does not meet the 20' min. clearance., no fire extinguishers have been installed in the storage areas, building address appears to be partialy blocked. Due to time constraints I was unable to test the exit signs/emergency lights/exit discharge lights for the storage buildings with interior corridors. Single action hardware needs to be installed on the office doors as discussed and exit signs/emergency lights/exit discharge lights are missing from the office. I spoke to both Ron and Adele and it appears a plan modification will be required showing the changes to the fire access lane widths/possible radius changes especially the large changes at the south end of the project
