**(ANCHORPOINT STRATIGIC CPA’s – SUITE 150)** Permit is to remodel an existing 4,909 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 3,197 sq. ft. and the remaining 1,712 sq. ft. is to be an occupied tenant space created under BLD17-02183. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
