**(ALLIANCE TITLE & ESCROW CORP. – SUITE #120)** Permit is to remodel three existing tenant spaces that total 9,167 sq. ft. (suite #100 = 3,100 sq. ft. + suite #110 = 3,782 sq. ft. + suite #120 = 1,980 sq. ft.) and divide these suites into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 7,862 sq. ft. and the remaining 1,305 sq. ft. is to be an occupied tenant space created under BLD17-02643. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frame, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to create a tenant demising wall, (2) offices, a break room, a server room and open office areas, select new door/door frames, select new interior windows, millwork, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocated and new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
