(LYLE PEARSON JAGUAR/LAND ROVER/VOLVO - 2ND FLOOR ADDITION) **This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. Permit to add 447 sq ft of new second floor within the existing building footprint for offices and to remodel the existing second floor office area. Work to include: new structure for the second floor addition; new ceiling on first and second floors; new interior non-bearing partition walls; new doors; new interior relites; new electrical; new mechanical; new finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Certificate of Occupancy issued only for new second floor addition; see BLD03-01135 for Certificate of Occupancy for rest of building. Special inspections are required per the attached Form 310. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
