(BARGREEN / ELLIGSON) Permit is to remodel an existing 2,949 sq. ft. business space within an existing 18,000 sq. ft. building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (3) offices, a break room, a conference room, a storage room, an accessible restroom to the disabled, (6) offices with 60” half walls and select warehouse wall, select new door/door frames, select interior windows, millwork, select new gypsum and suspended acoustic ceilings, (3) new RTU’s plus (1) rooftop ERV and (1) rooftop VRF, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Note: Structural engineering and modifications to the existing roof framing for the new RTU’s are attached. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
