TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is for interior nonbearing demo work within the 10th (approx. 9,304 sq. ft.) and 12th floor (approx. 17,572 sq. ft.) of the existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, select removal of select millwork and electrical work. NOTE 1: exiting to be addressed with future tenant due to the 2-hour horizontal exit wall being partially removed on both floors. NOTE 2: Do not remove any ceiling unless approved to do so by the fire plans examiner in writing. NOTE 3: possible core restroom upgrades required with future tenant improvements. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
