Work to include: removal of (3) ovens, removal of (1) proofer, removal of select FRP wall paneling, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, installation of (4) ovens, installation of (1) proofer, installation of select FRP wall paneling, installation of select suspended acoustic ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work and mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
