Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select door/door frame and relocate, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an accessible family restroom and a support staff demising wall, a new door/door frame, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **JG**
