**(NIKON – SUITE #106)** (2 BUILDING PERMITS UNDER BLD18-01550 IN EPLAN) Permit is to remodel an existing 4,655 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces with a common breakroom/restroom’s. this tenant space is to be 1,214 sq. ft. and the remaining 1,954 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied tenant space created under BLD18-01637. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal and relocation of select door/door frames, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant common area, select wall infill and a new accessible restroom, select new door/door frames, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note: This existing exiting door of suite #106 showed an exit rim device on the egress side with no key locking hardware, this is required so that it does not create a landlocked restroom with no exit. Door #d109 is also non-locking passage hardware allowing access to suite #106 hall 109 to exit the common area. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
