Work to include: exterior covered entry; new openings in the exterior metal building walls; reinforcing the existing wood framed mezzanine for retail use; new guardrails; new doors and windows; new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing; and new interior finishes in compliance with Chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. Special inspections required per the attached Form 310. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
