Fire sprinkler heads by island/sink in breakroom ltchen area are less tha 6 feet abart, a minimum of 6 feet betwwen heads is required by code. Escutcheons need to be installed on the heads in the entry way to include cover of piping and holes for the fire sprinkler heads.
