Tenant Expansion (BSU OFFICER OF GENERAL COUNSEL – SUITE #250) Permit is to remodel and combine two existing tenant spaces (Ste #230- 701 sq. ft. + Ste #250- 1978 sq. ft.) into one tenant space that is 2679 sq. ft. within the 2nd floor of the existing building. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work includes: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, select adjustment of door frame openings and select new doors, relocate select light fixtures, electrical work, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. ***BJM***
