(HERITAGE VILLAGE - Fire repair) Permit for repairs to 4 units within an existing building as the result of fire damage with work to include the removal and replacement some electrical, wall finishes, plumbig fixtures and the repair of an individual truss per the attached engineering will be completed. All sleeping room separations and corridors are required to be maintained. A preconstruction meeting with the structural inspector is required prior to any work being completed. This is a scope of work permit with a certificate of completion to be issued upon approval and completion of the project. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations tothe sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
