(CLEARWATER ANALYTICS – 5TH STORY) The fire sprinkler system is used for occupancy and for high-rise. To remodel the 26,147 square foot 5th story (19,790 square feet office areas, 3,298 square feet building core, and 3,059 square feet terrace) of an existing high rise building and to prepare it for occupancy. Within the 308 square foot Men’s toilet room, 2 urinals will be relocated, 1 urinal will be added, and 2 toilets will be added. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceilings and soffits, millwork, and finishes. The sink in the Mother’s Room is required to be accessible to the disabled with knee and toe clearance provided for a front approach. The sinks in the break rooms are required to be accessible to the disabled having a side approach (i.e. knee and toe clearance is not required). The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The core areas, existing work, and all high rise system are required to be maintained in compliance with the 2012 IBC. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
