Work to include: removal of select interior walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, removal of select suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, removal of select light fixtures, select new design support framing for new bank equipment and design framing for partial height wall, select construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a (5) banking offices, a huddle room, a transaction area, a lobby, a commercial banking area that has an office, a huddle room and open office area within, select new furred walls for new digital displays, select new wing walls at the new Hi/Lo drinking fountain, select new door/door frames, millwork, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, relocated and select new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note: Special inspection required, see attached 310 form. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
