(Note this area was previously occupied by “Open Table Boise” under BLD12-01157 and the common area south of the New Zealand Bakery kitchen was last occupied by “Comedy Sportz” under BLD13-0303. The assembly Comedy Sportz/common area is not part of this permit). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: some millwork and kitchen equipment, there is no other work involved in this permit but there was unpermitted demolition of walls and construction of walls done by the previous tenant. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
