Scope of work includes: construction of footing foundation, slab on grade concrete floor, 2 x wall construction with stucco exterior, pre-engineered roof trusses, shingle roof assembly, at existing building work includes: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select exterior window, removal of select millwork, removal of shower area bench and adding an accessible seat to transfer shower, construction of interior non-bearing wall, new 1-hour rated walls at the sleeping quarters, adding vertical grab bars at the existing accessible restrooms, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered for R-2 occupancy. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13R & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
