This space is heated only for the products stored and not for human comfort and the envelop is not required to comply with the current energy code per ordinance. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for unlimited area. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department.
