(See BLD18-03529) Permit is to divide existing restaurant into two temporary separate tenant spaces. The tenant space totals 3,578 sq ft. This space was previously occupied by "Angel’s Bar and Grill" (BLD13-01882). Minor work to add non-bearing walls and doors to divide tenant spaces was approved under this permit. Construction materials shall be non-combustible. There will be no change to the occupancy. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
