**(VANILLA – SUITE #130)** (TWO PERMITS FILED UNDER BLD18-03430 IN EPLAN REVIEW) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 3,124 sq. ft. vanilla space (created under BLD18-02633) by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this vacant tenant space is to be 796 sq. ft. and the remaining 2,328 sq. ft. is to be an occupied tenant space created under BLD18-03430. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select wall for new door opening, removal of select door/door frames and relocate, select new wall infill to demise tenant spaces and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
